Boston Made Games has grown into a full arcade for the Boston Made network, free to play in any browser.

What’s in the Game Hall

  • Story games: Find Boston, Mr. B’s Fine Cuts, the Harbor Key slot adventure and Wild Buffaloes.
  • Puzzles: the Boston Crossword, Beacon Sudoku, Word Search, Beat-the-Clock Trivia and Memory Match.
  • Classics: Checkers on the Common, Jacks or Better, Harbor Blackjack and Texas Hold’em on Hanover Street.
  • A tribute to North End restaurateur Frank DePasquale through The Adventures of Frank Depastrami.

Casino-style games use play coins only, with no cash value. They can’t be bought, sold or redeemed, and the arcade is for adults 18+.

Win a skill game, save in the shop

Solve a crossword, sudoku or word search, score 7 of 10 in trivia, or beat the computer at checkers to unlock ARCADE15, a real 15% coupon for the Boston Made Pets shop. Find Boston and Mr. B’s Fine Cuts each have their own code. Slots and card games never pay real rewards.

Take the art home

The arcade’s artwork is now available as instant-download art packs: $4.99 each, or $9.99 for the complete bundle with the Boston Made Games skyline wallpaper.

For local businesses

The same animated banners that promote the games are now open to advertisers. Packages start at $149 a month, and game sponsorships can write a business right into the story. See advertising options.

Boston Made’s arcade is heading south. Mr. B’s Fine Cuts, now free at games.bostonmade.com, is an animated story game set in Cherry Grove, the quiet north end of South Carolina’s Grand Strand.

Mr. B runs a little corner grocery with a red-and-white awning. He hand-cuts the finest meats in town and picks the freshest seafood off the boats every morning, and this summer he needs an apprentice. Players spend five days behind his counter:

  1. The New Apprentice. Learn the steak and chop chart.
  2. The Shrimp Boats Come In. The seafood case opens: shrimp, flounder, grouper, scallops, crab, lobster and oysters.
  3. Pier Party. The Cherry Grove Pier crowd wants steaks for the grill.
  4. Hurricane Watch. A storm is coming and the whole town is stocking up.
  5. The Big Block Cookout. Friends drive down from Boston for the party of the summer.

Every order teaches something real: where a ribeye, tri-tip or pork belly actually comes from, and how a good butcher weighs a cut. Hit a day’s tip goal and Mr. B hands over a real reward, the code MRBFINECUTS15 for 15% off at the Boston Made Pets shop. The Mr. B art pack is available as an instant download for $4.99.

Mr. B, his grocery and his customers are fictional. Cherry Grove, the Grand Strand and Cherry Grove Pier are very real.

Help Find Boston: Boston Made Launches an Interactive Mystery Starring Its Goldendoodle

Boston the Goldendoodle has gone missing on Beacon Hill, and players across the network are on the case in Boston Made’s newest free game.

Every Boston Made story needs a hero, and ours has four paws. Today Boston Made launched Find Boston, a free interactive mystery at games.bostonmade.com starring Boston, the curly golden Goldendoodle who has become the face of the Boston Made family.

The case

A friendly “petsitter” from an online ad picks Boston up for an evening walk on Beacon Hill and never brings him back. All that’s left is his blue leash on the cobblestones and a trail of paw prints heading into the city. Players follow that trail through six neighborhoods: Beacon Hill, Boston Common, the North End, Fenway, Copley Square and the Seaport.

  • Search every scene for hidden clues: paw prints, dropped treats and the evidence the thief left behind.
  • Question witnesses, from a Beacon Hill neighbor to a North End pastry counter.
  • Work the detective notebook. Six suspects, and a new culprit every case, so no two games play the same.
  • Make the accusation, then race to the waterfront where Boston is hiding.

A real reward for bringing him home

Players who solve the case unlock a real coupon, FINDBOSTON15, good for 15% off at the Boston Made Pets shop (one use per customer through December 31, 2026; excludes sale items and digital art). Fans can also take Boston home as a Find Boston digital art pack for $4.99, with the full artwork and a phone wallpaper.

Find Boston is a work of fiction. The suspects and witnesses are invented; Boston, thankfully, is right here.

Inside the Boston Made Stack: The Software Now Powering the Ecosystem

From ATLAS business intelligence to the BOSSTOX evidence layer, the Keystone master pass and an AI website generator, Boston Made has quietly become a software company. Here is how the pieces fit together.

The Boston Made software stack

For most of its life, Boston Made has been known as a family of brands — a newsroom, a pet company, a web studio, a markets publication. Over the past several weeks, that description has stopped being complete. Across the ecosystem, the company has shipped a connected set of software platforms, and the brands are increasingly the front doors to them.

This is a guide to what has launched, what each product does, and how the pieces connect.

Intelligence: ATLAS, SCOUT and BOSSTOX

The most significant change is at the flagship address. BostonMade.com now runs ATLAS, a paid business-intelligence platform for tracking companies, people, properties, contracts and market activity from a single protected workspace. ATLAS is offered in Individual, Pro and Business plans billed through Stripe, and its workspace stays locked until a subscription is active.

Alongside it sits BOSSTOX, which describes itself as the evidence layer beneath the AI buildout. The platform tracks power, cooling, compute, networking and financing signals, and it separates each stage of a project — contracted, financed, energized, installed and revenue-producing — so that no stage is inferred from an earlier announcement.

Feeding both is SCOUT, the Paxton-Digital collection layer that gathers public filings, company releases, government records and source citations, and surfaces intellectual-property and competitive signals.

Scout collects the evidence. The BOSSTOX graph normalizes it. Reader explains it, and Fenway Web packages it.

Access: the Boston Made App and Keystone

The Boston Made App has become the front door to the whole network: a guided directory of 17 properties across eight categories, the latest wires from this newsroom, and the Boston Made+ membership at $20 a month or $120 a year. Native iOS and Android apps are listed as coming soon.

At the top of the stack, Kingswell Strategic Ventures has introduced Keystone, which bundles SCOUT, ATLAS, BOSSTOX, the Fenway Web Builder, Boston Made Membership and a Keystone-exclusive Realty + Parking Operations Monitor under a single master pass. Keystone is currently available by private briefing, and its access tiers are published as proposed rather than final.

Building and reading: Fenway Web and Reader

Fenway Web has relaunched as a website generator. Visitors describe what they do, choose a direction and a tone, and receive a first draft they can revise, preview on desktop and mobile, and export. Plans start free.

Boston Made Reader collects the latest from every Boston Made site into a single, book-style reading experience, with adjustable type, multiple languages and a free library of founding documents and sacred texts. No login is required to browse.

Consumer marketplaces: Lumo

Lumo.gold has been rebuilt as a consumer-first directory for people selling gold, silver, coins and estate jewelry in the United States and United Kingdom, with an introduction service that connects sellers to vetted local buyers.

The stack at a glance

  • ATLAS — business intelligence workspace (bostonmade.com)
  • SCOUT — IP and competitive signal collection (Paxton-Digital)
  • BOSSTOX — AI infrastructure intelligence (bosstox.com)
  • Keystone — master-pass bundle from Kingswell Strategic Ventures
  • Fenway Web — AI website generator (fenwayweb.com)
  • Reader — free network-wide reading app (reader.bostonmade.com)
  • Lumo — gold-buyer directory and introductions (lumo.gold)
  • Boston Made App + Boston Made+ — the membership and front door (app.bostonmade.com)

The Boston Made Newsroom will cover each of these platforms in more depth as they develop. A live overview of every product is available on the newsroom’s new Software & Technology page.
