US size charts and specs often use inches and pounds. Convert them here.
Dog apparel tip: measure your dog’s back (collar to base of tail), chest (widest point) and neck in centimetres, then compare against the size chart on each product.

Common questions
Will I pay extra fees when a parcel arrives?
UK delivery isn’t open yet. Before it opens we’ll publish exactly how VAT and any duties are handled. We’re aiming to show the full price at checkout so nothing is due on delivery.
Why do prices show both $ and £?
Our stores price in US dollars. For UK visitors we show an approximate pound figure, updated daily, so you know roughly what you’ll pay. Your bank sets the final exchange rate.
How do returns work for UK orders?
We’ll publish UK returns terms along with delivery details before UK shipping opens.
